All flying done in accordance with FAA regulations
We are fully licensed to perform aerial photography and videography. Our rates include an evaluation of your site using online resources to be sure that all our work at each site is done within rules set by the FAA. Some sites may require additional permission; in such cases, we’ll let you know the additional time and cost of acquiring this permission.
Quotes will be given for each project and will generally assume a one-week window to ensure we can be onsite in good conditions. Please let us know if there’s a time of day during which you’d like your shoot to occur. In some cases, conditions may not allow for shooting during the regular one-week period, and we may have to schedule for a later date.
Weather and light conditions for aerial photography and videography
Quadcopters cannot legally be flown in all weather conditions, and some conditions aren’t conducive to good photography or videography. What constitutes acceptable conditions will be determined by us onsite unless specified in advance and may not include full sun.

With rare and specific exceptions, drones cannot legally be flown more than 400 feet above the ground, so this is the maximum height from which we’ll be able to record your images and videos.
Timing and deadlines
If you have specific deadlines, please let us know up front so we can plan for accommodating these. For particularly tight deadlines, we may add a surcharge which will not be applicable if conditions don’t allow shooting within the desired window. There is no additional charge if conditions are right and your shoot gets done ahead of schedule. If additional costs will be incurred, we’ll always let you know up front and make sure all parties are clear about additional conditions and expenses. You’ll never be surprised by a charge on our invoice.
